The basics

Whengo is an iOS app made by Snowy Ghost LLC. By downloading or using Whengo you agree to these terms. Use Whengo for anything personal and lawful.

App Store

Whengo is distributed through the Apple App Store, and your use is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store terms.

Forecasts are informational

Whengo scores the hours ahead against your preferences to suggest the best times to be outside. Forecasts and scores are estimates for planning only — they are not a guarantee of actual conditions and not a safety warning. Weather, air quality, and UV can change quickly, so always use your own judgment and check official advisories before heading out, especially for strenuous activity or hazardous conditions.

Weather data

Forecast data comes from Open-Meteo.com, made available under the Creative Commons BY 4.0 license. Whengo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Open-Meteo, and we can't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of that data.

Ownership

Whengo, the Snowy Ghost name, and the ghost mark are the property of Snowy Ghost LLC. These terms don't grant you any rights to them beyond using the app.

No warranty

Whengo is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available, accurate, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snowy Ghost LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of Whengo or your reliance on its forecasts.

Changes

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here and ship with the app, with the date above revised.
